  3. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by mhmeshop.com if the product is defective or wrongly delivered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

4. Replacement Process

  1. If a replacement is requested, we will dispatch the new product within 7–10 business days after verification.
  2. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  1. Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way.
